Introduction

It is a goal for me to bring up people with a real pride to say clearly, "I am wholly responsible for meeting the challenge of the 21st century".

When I became a teacher at the age of 36, I often witnessed the instances where junior high school students got sick and lost self-control due to the undernourishment in their mind.  This led me to a firm decision to take up that goal.

About 20-year process of repeating trial and error together with students led to the birth of the world's first "training, which offers students visions for realizing dreams and ambitions on a global scale".  The training was named as "Global Dream Vision Interaction (GDVI)".

This approach enables students to broaden their views on the world and people, to find their goals which constitute the nucleus of their life, and to start training toward these goals.  This is the real training necessary for the very students who go forth into the world where no answer has been prepared.

GDVI is designed to heighten the level of training through 6 stages step by step.

My students, who had given credence to me, carried out the training seriously all the way.  I have nothing but appreciation for their excellent cooperation.  The training contained a very difficult process of thinking, judging, deciding and doing on their own.  However, the students, in an attempt to get an idea of "how to live their lives", finally attained their goals by overcoming many difficulties faced in the survey research.

While planning and implementing this training, I have had a gut feeling that any youths with ambitions never collapse.
